The warranty begins at the date of completion of the work.
- All work is guaranteed against paint failure such as: peeling, blistering, cracking, excessive chalking, or excessive fading of paint for a period of three years after completion of work and owner acceptance of work.
- Backlund Painting guarantees only our work and does not accept liability for work done by others on previous paint jobs. Paint failure caused by compromises in building integrity (leaking roof, etc.) or normal wear & tear are not covered by this warranty.
- Backlund Painting will furnish all labor and materials needed to honor warranty. Warranty service to be prompt and courteous.
For this warranty to be valid, you must:
- Pay the full proposal price.
- Make the property accessible to our employees to perform the repairs.
